Pivot Table Definition - Procedures by Received Date shows the patients who had a specific procedure (liposuction), and you may filter by age for patients between 40 and 50. You may then Copy to Mail Merge to send an email or text to these patients.

any patient who previously had botox, but has not been in for the last 6 months (based on the schedule)?

Pivot Table Definition - Schedule: Treatment Retention shows patients who came in for a specific appointment type and whether they were rebooked or not. The date range filter should be set so the To date is six months ago.
